Blingmasters do virtual choir
During the lockdowns and restriction of the COVID-19 pandemic, Blingmasters kept meeting and kept singing. We sang on zoom, over facetime, in back gardens, in small groups and finally found a lovely home at the Irish Institute of Music & Song where there is space for all of our rehearsing needs, and a super set of Wenger risers to rehearse on.
To keep spirits up, Blingmasters engaged in a number of virtual projects. Initially on our own, and then in collaboration with Paul Oakley Stovall and Nikhil Saboo from Hamilton the Musical. All of these videos were video & audio edited and produced by our very own director, Becky Gilbert who brought newly acquired lockdown skills to great heights.
